- Don’t Miss the Due Date - Your offer must be submitted by the end of business on July 13, 2008 in order to be considered. However, the first qualified offer will reserve each home.
- Fill Out The Paperwork - To submit an offer, please review all documents for the home you are interested in. A completed and signed Offer to Purchase and Contract is required. - Send in Your Offer - Offers may be submitted in person at our model or via fax to (888) 827-9115. Please call (800) 753-9690 to confirm receipt.
- Send in Your Deposit - You must send an earnest money deposit in the amount of $15,000 made payable to Goosmann and Rose, P.A. within 48 hours to secure your offer submission. In the event you fail to make this deposit your offer will be void and will be replaced with the next offer received. If your offer is accepted at the conclusion of the Liquidation Event, this deposit becomes non-refundable. However if your offer is not accepted, a full refund will be issued within 72 hours.
